Return & Refund Policy — PlotArmour Store

At PlotArmour Store, every product is made and packed with care. Since many of our products are limited drops and premium pieces, we follow a structured return and refund policy.

Return Rules Summary

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery

  • ₹150 flat-rate return shipping fee

  • No restocking fee

  • Final sale items are non-returnable

  • Products from the Cavalier Brand collection cannot be returned or exchanged

Eligible Returns

Returns or exchanges are accepted if:

  • Wrong product received

  • Wrong size received (different from order placed)

  • Damaged product received

  • Manufacturing defect

To request a return or exchange, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos/videos of the issue

  • Unboxing video (recommended for faster resolution)

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selected by customer

  • Minor color variation due to screen/display differences

  • Used, washed, or worn products

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Products from the Cavalier Brand collection

Return Shipping Fee

Approved returns are subject to a flat ₹150 return shipping fee, which may be deducted from the refund amount.

Exchanges

If your exchange request is approved:

  • Reverse pickup will be arranged where available

  • Some locations may require self-shipping

  • Exchange products are dispatched after successful quality inspection

Refunds

Refunds are processed only if:

  • The returned product passes inspection

  • Replacement is unavailable

  • The order is cancelled before shipment

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be issued via:

  • UPI

  • Bank transfer

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

Refused or Undelivered Orders

If an order is refused or returned due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Unreachable phone number

  • Failed delivery attempts

shipping and handling charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
